COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

To our valued customers,
We here at Vet Practice Pte Ltd value your safety and have rolled out the following measures:

1.Customer Monitoring
-We take the temperature of all owners upon entering to clinic.
-All owners will have to fill out a travel declaration form.

2. Premises Cleaning
– All surfaces, floors, doors, door knobs and handles, NETS and credit cards terminals and keypads, glass panels and weighing scales are cleaned 3 times daily with F10 SC disinfectants
– Consultation rooms are cleaned after each consult with F10 SC disinfectants

3. Provision of Soap and Hand Sanitizers
– We have provided soap and hand sanitizers for your use

4. Safe Distancing
– Standing and seating areas both inside and outside the clinic have been marked out to ensure safe distancing (≥1 metre from each other)
– Outside of the clinic, please also keep a safe distance from each other (≥1 metre)

5. Limiting human traffic inside the clinic
– We will only allow one person to accompany the pet(s) in the consultation room during each consult.
We request for all other accompanying family members or friends to wait outside the clinic.
– If you need help to bring the pet(s) into the consultation room, please indicate this to our staff
