Billing/Payment

• For all medical work up or surgical cases, quotations can be provided in advance.
•  If you have any financial concerns, do discuss with our veterinarians how best to maximize treatment costs whilst staying within your budget.
•  A deposit is required upon admission for medical cases and surgical procedures. This deposit will be subject to top up to cover costs further incurred along the course of investigation/hospitalization/treatments.
• Full payment of the balance of medical bills must be settled at the time of discharge.
• We accept Cash, Nets, Mastercard and Visa payments.
• Unfortunately, we do not accept cheque payments.

No Refund

• No refund will be given for medications, pet foods dispensed.
